Welcome to Crossroads!
Crossroads Church was formed by a group of Christians in 2003 who wanted to provide a community where all people could experience Jesus' never-ending love.
In the years since, Crossroads has connected people with God and with one another, primarily in the Uptown neighborhood. Now, Crossroads is taking an opportunity to move into a new neighborhood and expand our ministry there!
Why the name Crossroads Church?
OUR FAITH
There are many different paths a person might explore to seek spiritual fulfilment. We strive to make our church a place where God leads people on the path he lays out in his Word, where he promises to provide soul-deep rest.
Jeremiah 6:16 – This is what the Lord says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
OUR COMMUNITY
Our neighborhood is filled with people from many different walks of life. We want our church to be a place where people celebrate our differences while finding our unity in Jesus.
Galatians 3:28 – There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
OUR CITY
Chicago has been called the “Crossroads of America," and we love our city’s history as being a place of connections. We work to serve the physical and spiritual needs of the people of our city, whether they are Chicago-born-and-raised or are just passing through for a time.
Acts 1:8 – You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Volunteer with us!
Crossroads wants to help people make a tangible difference in Chicago! About once a month, we volunteer with different north side non-profits. If you're interested in more information about these efforts, please send our pastor an email (pastor@crossroadschicago.org). No need to join our church to participate!

Are you interested in learning more about the Bible? "Foundations of Faith" is an 8-lesson study that takes a fair, honest look at the main teachings of Christianity as they are found in the Bible. No matter what your religious beliefs or spiritual background, this class is intended for you! Come explore the Bible with Pastor Jake and others in a relaxed, non-judgmental setting.
